「ささやかにやっていければ良い」という意味と家紋 根笹から店名を「ささや」に命名。
メニューはご主人と考案。
そば屋としては、所在地で初めて1976年11月に開業。後にそば街道になるほど、他店舗が並ぶ。
淡彩詩画 画家の才能溢れる一面を持ちながら、女将として自家製粉石臼挽き手打ちそば「ささや」を営んでいる。観光バスツアーのルートにも選定され、「ささや」はいつも多くのお客様で賑わっている。
営業時間が11:00から20:00までの通し営業なのは、「遠方より来店されたお客様がお店の休憩時間で食事ができないことが気の毒なので…」、という理由。
お客様を大切にし、厳選された食材で最高のおもてなしを「ささや」は提供している。
