満州国に生まれ（3歳で帰国）
[1964年]
生活学院栄養士科卒。栄養士として勤務するかたわら、日向徹夫氏に師事して日本画を学ぶ。
その後「ささや」の女将として多忙な日々を送る。
[1990年]
淡彩画に魅せられて、唐沢恭二氏に師事。一番弟子となり、淡彩画の手法を学ぶ。
[1994年]
群馬日産で初個展。
その後東電で2回、赤城ミュージアムで3回目、以降数回個展を開催。
[1996年]
「お母さんへの絵手紙」を日貿出版社より刊行。
[1999年]
「淡彩・野辺に咲く花」（上毛出版文化賞奨励賞受賞）を日貿出版社より刊行。
[2001年]
「淡彩・心やさしい花」を日貿出版社より刊行。
9月には自作の淡彩画を展示するギャラリー「木洩れ日館」を「ささや」横に開館。以後年間70点制作した作品を常設。
[2004年]
「淡彩・いつも心に野の花を」を日貿出版社より刊行。
[2007年]
「いつも心に野の花を／木洩れ日の詩」CDリリース。
[2008年]
「淡彩・木洩れ日の草花たち」を日貿出版社より刊行。
[2013年]
「天皇陛下傘寿記念誌」（日本芸術年鑑社出版）に宮内庁より推薦され2点の作品を提供。
Born in Manchuria (moved to Japan at 3 years of age)

Graduated from Seikatsu Gakuin with a degree in nutrition. While working as a nutritionist, studied Japanese painting under Mr. Hinata Tetsuo.
Led a busy life as the proprietress of “Sasaya” since then.
[1990]
Fascinated by wash drawing, studied under Mr. Karasawa Kyoji. Became the best pupil, and learned the technique of wash drawing.
[1994]
First solo exhibition held in Gunma Nissan.
Since then, has held the second solo exhibition with TEPCO, third at Akagi Museum, as well as several other solo exhibitions later on.

“Okaasaneno Etegami” was published by Japan Publications, Inc.
[1999]
“Tansai・Nobe ni Saku Hana” (Jomo Shimbun, Inc. Culture Prize Award winning) was published by Japan Publications, Inc.
[2001]
“Tansai・Kokoro Yasashii Hana” was published by Japan Publications, Inc.
Opened “Komorebikan” in September to exhibit original wash drawings next to “Sasaya”. Thereafter, displaying 70 works per year.

“Tansai・Itsumo Kokoro ni No no Hana wo” was published by Japan Publications, Inc.

“Itsumo Kokoro ni No no Hana wo／Komorebi no Uta” CD release.

Q.1日のタイムスケジュールは？
A.
6時半頃に起床し、朝食を取り、従業員が出勤する1時間前には「ささや」へ。
来店時にお客様にとって意心地が良いように、店内、館内に飾る花の世話をして、お店のメニューの煮物料理を作ります。
お店の空いている時間に昼食をとります。
日曜日は夕方4時、5時頃になることもあります。
21時頃帰宅し、夕食後入浴し、22時に就寝します。
To provide comfort for our customers in the shop, and I take care of the flowers which decorate the store and museum, and I will also start preparing steamed dishes.
I eat lunch when the shop is not as busy.
It can be at 4:00 PM or even 5:00 PM on Sunday.
I return home around 9:00 PM, and bathe after dinner, and then go to bed at 10:00 PM.
Q.作品はアトリエで制作されるのですか？
A.
アトリエではなく、より自然の色である電球の下で描きます。
夕食ととった後に食卓を片付けて、そこに被写体を置いて、道具を広げます。
夜中の2時、3時まで集中して作品制作をしていた時もありますが、大病を患った1年半前からは、大事を取り、夜通し制作することは控えています。
I clean up the table after eating dinner, place the object there, and prepare my tools.
There was a time when I was creating works until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, but as I am suffering from an illness, I have been refraining from spending the night to create my works since a year and a half ago.
Q.ボランティア活動をされているとのことですが、どのような内容ですか？
A.
前橋中央ロータリークラブに所属しています。養護施設の援助や家族に恵まれない子供達に誕生会やイベントのお手伝いをしています。
Q.先生の「好き」、「嫌い」を教えてください。
A.
【趣味】中学生の頃から絵を描くことが大好きで、昔は読書も好きでした。
【料理】食材の好き嫌いは特になく、ジャンルを問わず料理を作ることや食べることが好きです。
【画家】皆さん好きです。
【花】一重の椿が１番好きです。菜の花、ヤマブキも好きです。
【色】黄色です。
【音楽】歌詞から想像、空想できるような曲が好きです。『美空ひばり』さんの「川の流れのように」と『さだまさし』さんの「かかし」が特に好きです。
【楽器】琴を買ったことがあるが演奏が…聴くほうが好きです。
【スポーツ】中学時代にテニス部の経験はありますが、スポーツは苦手です。特に球技は…
【テレビ番組】視る時間がないので、必ず視聴する番組は特にありません。
【タレント】良い作品の俳優さんはみんな好きです。
【旅行】観光地というわけではないですが、京都など何百年前に建てられた古い民家がある場所が好きです。
【Food】I have no particular likes and dislikes of food. I like eating and making food, regardless of genre.
【Painter】I like everyone.
【Flower】I like Camellia the most. I also like field mustard and kerria.
【Color】Yellow.
【Music】I like songs with lyrics that allow imagination. I especially enjoy Misora Hibari’s “Kawa no Nagare no You ni”, and Sada Masashi’s “Kakashi”.
【Instrument】I have bought a Japanese harp… but I’d rather listen than play.
【Sports】I used to play tennis in junior high school, but I am not good at sports, especially those that require a ball.
【TV】I do not really have time to watch TV, so there are no programs that I watch regularly
【Actors】I like all actors that act in good productions
【Travel】I like visiting places with houses that are several hundred years old, such as Kyoto, but not necessarily because it is a tourist attraction.
Q.尊敬する人物は？
A.主人と両親です。
